I was surfing the web today and I came across a bunch of articles promoting McDonald’s fast food restaurants as a weight loss Mecca. Today I came across this heartbreaking video which gave me mixed emotions. The video features a lady who is grossly overweight and supposedly eats 33,000 calories each day – to put that into perspective, that’s over 100 Mars bars!
