  4. Having fruits for snacks is an affordable and effective way to losing weight. Fresh fruits and vegetables like apples, grapes, baby carrots, nuts, and nutritious and are low in calories.

  6. Eating vegetables with every meal is a healthier weight loss choice and will help give you all the nutrition you need to keep you going throughout the day.

  7. Grain
  8. Incorporating more grains with the food you eat is far better. For instance, opt for brown rice instead of white, and whole grain bread instead of white.
