Stress and Weight Loss – Lose Weight During A Recession

Welcome to my personal blog!

I've decided to start sharing all sorts of videos and audios with you whenever possible and you'll be able to get them all here on this brand new blog.

I'm doing this for you for two primary reasons:

1.) Because I've recently got hold of a new video camera - I'm having a whole heap of fun with this whole "YouTube culture" thing on the internet ...and I'd like you to come along with me for the ride! It's fantastic being able to keep in touch with you so easily, and much more personally.

2.) Right now we're in the middle of some challenging times. And I'd like to give you some positive input and a few "home truths" on a regular basis ...instead of all airbrushed scam weight loss content you're seeing splashed over the TV and internet these days.

The video below will both inspire you as well as give you some insight into how you can keep losing weight despite the stress and pressure you might be under ...without the BS.

It was shot at my home just a few weeks ago after I got frustrated with a report I saw on the news - it got me thinking... ...in times of stress, such as during a recession - can we still lose weight? After a lot of thinking and a little research I came to the conclusion that we can, and it's easier than we imagine!

Stress and weight loss are mortal enemies, but with the right information, the right planning and the best intentions - you can reduce stress and start losing more weight!

I'd love to know what you think of this as well so please leave your comments below.

Until next time ...Stay strong and keep believing!

P.S. The videos, audios, and other materials I'll be posting on this blog are free for all to enjoy. So if there is someone in your life that you feel would benefit from today's video, please feel free to share it with them.
